The Minister of Pretroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke after attending a meeting of ministers of petroleum at the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) secretariat noted that the ministers including her are surprised that OPEC could stabilize oil price for long.
